Rouge hops off the tree and glides down gently. "Perhaps I do." Another shrug as if it was nothing. "As nicely and I may answer."

"Hm, have we met before by chance?" She asks curiously.

He quirked an eyebrow. If she could fly that easy, why make such a big fuss about moving to somewhere else to relax? Sheesh, it had taken a lot of time to build his little makeshift hammock.

"Nuh uh uh." Sonic wagged a finger in the air. "You want a straight answer, then you gotta give a straight answer."

She was a bat. It was Rouge, she enjoyed giving some a hard time, and Sonic wasn't exactly polite in her view. Oh well.

Rouge grinned at his responds. She rested one hand on her hip and gave a shrug. He gave her an answer after all. "So not quite yet it is. Typical. My, you don't seem to change." A small sigh escaped.

"Whatever, may as well fill you in, not like the Echidna can do better." Okay, serious mode, Rouge raised a hand as she explained. "Welcome to Nautilus. Call it a Zone or another Dimension, either way, this is no longer your world."

The echidna. Sooo.. she knew Knuckles, maybe? Possibly?

But he had to arch an eyebrow at her answer. Some other world? What the heck did that mean?

He could figure that out later.

"Cool. I guess. Whatever that means." He commented with a wave of a hand. He was a hedgehog of his word, and she had given him a direct answer. Suppose he owed her an explanation too. An answer for an Answer. "We haven't met before. Sounds like you figured that out."

Sonic gave a showy little bow. "Sonic the Hedgehog, at your service."

"Another adventure I suppose." She knew he would get it eventually, but hey, she knew him better. This Sonic was no different from the Sonic she knew, except the bandanna.

Rouge waved a hand while they exchange greetings. "Rouge the Bat. Treasure Hunter."

There was a pleasant smile. "Believe it or not, I actually know you and the gang where I'm from, including Dr. Eggman. Strange, isn't it."

STRANGE, ISN'T IT.

Treasure hunter, eh.

"Apparently, I wound up in another world that is a.." Sonic raise his fingers to use quotes around his next words. "..zone outside of my zone. I'm gonna go ahead and guess that anything goes today."

At least, he wasn't going to consider much outside of the realm of possibility. Unless she said something really suspect like that Eggman was a good guy or somethin'
