He saw this coming. It didn't make it any easier to answer.

Link sighed. "And he wouldn't be thrilled to know that I've taken you to a hospital. But--" he held up a hand, ticking off reasons for his actions. "One, you're hurt. Two, it's my duty to help people who need help. And three---you've just arrived here in the city unarmed and without whatever powers you might've had back home. The right thing to do is to help."
He knew he was going to be in some moderate to severe guano when Clef did find out about this. Truthfully, he was a little conflicted on the matter, but, Link believed doing the right thing was more important.
