He shakes his head and waves his hand dismisively. "Meemeep. Meeeeeeeeeeep."

And he spreads his arms wide to accompany his "meeps", trying to convey that he wants to know where he is. Gosh, he had this same problem with Ms. Piggy. At least Pinocchio is trying to understand him.

He points to himself and says, "Beaker." To drive the point home, he takes his Muppet Labs I.D. out of his pocket and shows it to Pinocchio.
