Just by virtue of this being a place River has never been makes this place all that more interesting to her. Never mind the possibilities of more than one of The Doctor being at the same place at once. That alone sounds like her kind of treat.

Depending on their reaction to her anyway... and whether or not she needed to smack him for doing something stupid. Which, she had a feeling she needed to as she glanced through the guide quickly before turning her attention back to Rose.

What Rose would see as she explained was a very calm woman, watching her every movement with a hint of amusement. Somehow, she had a feeling that whatever Rose considered a 'long story' when it came to a certain Timelord may not be as farfetched as she thought. River had a lot of experience handling the strangeness that came with traveling with him, probably more than most.
