The blonde girl who turns toward him in the shop has a modern-looking pizza box in her hands, but looks like she walked off the set of a Peter Jackson movie, complete with pointy ears and flowing medieval-style dress. She looks at Peter for a moment, then nods toward a plastic chair.

"You may wish to sit down; I'm afraid a full explanation might take some time."
