She knocked again, a little quieter this time. "Doctor? He's gone now, Doctor, whoever that was. You can..." but then the door was opening. She shook her head and grinned. "About time, Doctor. You had me..." and she stopped dead seeing him. "You? But how did you? You were just... Oh no. Tell me you're not like Missy, The Master, Razor, whatever they're calling themselves these days. Are there two of you here?"
Or was the other one of him and this his past self? or future? With what he said about timelines and whatnot. Then again, that didn't really rule out him being like Missy. If she got killed again because of another Time Lord she and the Doctor were going to have words about it.
