Is your character new? Bored? Constantly looking for more people to bother? Are you looking to tag someone new and want to put out some feelers before starting a thread? Any or none of the above? Here's a good place to look into forming new relationships! Introduce your character and current plots here, suggest some future activities they'd like to be involved in, and get the ball rolling!
