V's pretty easy to write for. I have a couple of quote sites bookmarked for when he needs a good line on any given topic, run with the alliteration although it's getting out of hand and turn a blind eye to any tl;dr when he's talking. (Once in a while I'll break out old philosophy notes just to be sure I'm not misrepresenting whatever he's going on about.)

Other than that... well, when I'm stuck, I'll play Disturbed, primarily I'm Alive. (Indestructible and Enemy also have their places. ;)) Oh! And rereading/listening to This Vicious Cabaret helps.
