He's actually living with James in a house near the border of the Northern and Eastern Districts. He's kind of been Bending it to look like the dorms in Garden, because lol homesick after thinking-he-died. :[

(I'm pretty sure he traipses off to the Southern District to visit Mare quite a bit as well. And it's certainly not because he kind of likes her. Nope. Not at all.)
