Uh, yeah. Kind of.

Plus, I'm narcoleptic, so my hours can get really weird sometimes. So it's not always about the time, just that there's no one else around then so I might as well go for a walk.

Not really. I just go for a sail instead of a walk.

Besides, on the Moby Dick, there was always someone awake. My crew has sixteen hundred members so there's always someone on watch, or doing something interesting, or who needs a good reason to take a break -- something I can readily provide.
