Our return policy as of June 2013 would be that all torture-chamber based purchases are final, however, the Deluxe package you've ordered would lie within the General Masochism Holiday Package, meaning we've a one year warranty on broken bones - dislocations, sprains and compound fractures excluded - and a five week warranty on bruises depending on severity.

Your current package includes several of our homemade products that carry several different warranties. I'll have to discuss this with my supervisor.
