[Augustus raises an eyebrow just a tad. Maybe this human isn't much for talking.]

[ Help? Hard to describe what she was looking for without words. Then again, covering more ground could help. Better give it a shot. She reluctantly nods.

Red puts her hand in the air and makes a dainty writing motion, hopefully he'd have something to write with.]

[Augustus stares for a moment. He pulls out his notebook and pencil. He flips it open to a blank page and holds it out to the woman. Good thing he's observed that Amaya girl who also seems to be either mute or simply quiet. He isn't sure which at times.]

[voicelessly]

[ She takes the notepad and jots down some words:

"Sorry for the lack of introduction. My name is Red. I've lost something very dear to me... It's a sword. If you can help me find it, I'd appreciate your help. I'm afraid I don't have anything I could offer you in return."

Out of habit she signs the bottom of the note with "-R" before handing it back to him. ]

[Augustus takes back his notebook and looks it over. He raises an eyebrow and shrugs. He looks back to Red and nods.]

I'll help you. Not like you could offer me anything I can't get myself. So we'll just count it as a favor. [He starts to look around for anything that resembles a sword. If it is here, it could not have landed too far away, right?]
