It's rare for Edward to be out walking in the city, even rarer for him to take notice of anyone nearby. But the young girl he spots exploring the area catches his attention. He doesn't know many in the city, but he's certain he has never seen her before. Curious, he watches her wander about. He realizes from her posture and the way she shies from staying in one spot even for a moment, the girl is certainly lost, and scared. He can't just ignore that. He walks over to her, his steps soft but audible.

"Everything okay? Are you lost?" As he approaches, he turns the masked side of his face slightly away from her. He isn't by any stretch an imposing figure--slight, really--but the scars still visible under the mask aren't pleasant to look at, and the girl doesn't need even more cause to feel afraid.
