That people arrive accidentally more than occasionally is difficult enough to comprehend, but being somewhere other than Earth? That seems downright impossible. She has no way to leave a country let alone a whole planet.
Then again, she hasn't even a certainty in her own identity.
At the very least, she manages to nod her head to him once in a return of greeting when she can't quite muster up following a proper script. She hesitates, then answers his question, "...I-I'm pretty sure? I don't remember much about it but I know I saw that several times."
