"Oh good, that makes things a lot easier. Nautilus is not your home universe. Most people you'll meet are not native to Nautilus. Most will also not be from your universe, though some can be very similar. Earth is surprisingly popular to keep popping up in the multiverse, at least for where Nautilus pulls," he said with an amused chuckle. "It's actually a fascinating bit of probability."

Chat looked back, tilting his head curiously. "Oooh, wrist device. That certainly does make it easier than some things. May I?" He asked, holding out a hand. "There's a few guides for new arrivals."

"That isn't as surprising as you'd think. Humans are versatile and seem to pop up all kinds of places." Jack smiled, amused. "Have you been working on the math?"

He wasn't too sure, and he wouldn't take it off just in case it was functioning properly. He opened the panel and held out his arm. "Sure, go ahead."

"Oh, that I know. I'm human myself, you know. Well. Most of the time," he said. He may play UP the cat thing, but there's a bunch of it he hadn't and who knows what he's doing with the Bending since he managed to get back his abilities using a cat transformation as basis. It could be cause for an existential crisis if he wanted to be worked up about it. "And I did once, but that sort of math is a bit beyond my capabilities. At least not without a lot more data."

Well, at least Chat was really good at ignoring personal space when he needs to. He step closer, messing with it a few moments until he's found the Network and digging back a bit. "The device automatically connects with the Network. You'll find mewst people on there, there's not a ton of us here. Not sure on the number, but it's hard to imagine there's more than two hundred, if even that. Ah, here we go." And he pulls up the links for two guides.

Jack wasn't questioning his identity, for all he knew Chat thought he was a cat. He could roll with that. "It doesn't matter that much when you travel all over the universe." He flashed a grin, he could be whoever he wanted to be.

"Ah, thank you." He poked at the device and nodded. "I'll be sure to read those thoroughly later." After all, he had company with him now, not that he was going to pester him with questions. He wasn't that uncomfortable, and from what he could see, no obvious danger.

That moment when you're not sure what fusing with a tiny cat god regularly might have done to your DNA especially when you figure out you can purr with a throat not made for it.

"Oooh, lucky. There's a few people here who've done that and the trips sound simply meowrvelous. All those new places and cultures and the cosmic sights you no longer need a telescope to see," he said with a wistful sigh. It would be an adventure.

"It's always good to have on hand, especially when you've first arrived," Chat said, stepping back and leading him on the path again. "But we've covered the dimensional thing, the other two important points are Reality Storms and Bending. Bending is going to be the replacement for any peculiar talents you have and for brand new ones! It's the literal meaning of mind over matter. If you can will it, and have the power and practice, you can make anything happen."
