And even if this place can bring people from all across time, space, and dimensions, you do not seem to match the description of anyone I can recall as having for a friend. So the sheer fact that you are claiming we are friends makes me think we never were. And more, saying that while utterly failing to provide your name?" she smirked. "Though in fairness, I suppose I should tell you that if you are who I suspect you might be" She was thinking of the leadership of the Time Lords, who had forced her into setting the trap for the Doctor, "then not only are we not friends, but I will find a way to end you. Now, shall we start with an actual name?" she said, almost pleasantly.
