"A living entity? How does that work?" That's a bit odd, but not completely out of the question. She looks down and scuffs the toe of her shoe in the dirt a bit. Not living the same way that they are, clearly. "Though I suppose if we are outside of our universe, the rules would naturally be different... how exactly did we leave our universe? I certainly don't recall doing such a thing."
So no, Doctor, she's not personally familiar with E-Space. Not in the point of time she arrived from, in any case.

"Just as clever as ever." There's a huge smirk again. He'll figure out when she is otherwise where is the fun? If not he can ask.
Stepping completely out of the Tardis offers her his arm, "How about we get something to eat?"
No idea when she last slept or ate and at some point that will catch up to her with answers to questions to come.

A discussion over food sounds much better than a discussion while standing in the doorway, in any case, so she'll take the offered arm with a smile. "So long as the cuisine is tolerable, yes, I think that could be arranged. And how many faces did it take for you to pick up proper manners, I wonder?"

but there's one thing Rose can never be. She will always be human and be the nearest fitting glove. Without another word - teleports them both into a Chinese Resturant, most likely in the South part of Nautilus.

The teleporting trick— that’s new, isn’t it? So quick and uninvolved, she’s much more used to having some sort of technology or other method of transport around. She glances at him with arched eyebrows. “Well, that’s a fancy parlor trick. Where’d you pick that up?”

He knew that it was possible for Romana to come here - all things considered with how many of him there are - but it's also possible for Rasslion and The Master as well... He is glad it is his Time Lady,
Angel. And Ten doesn't want to let her go to a degree - not after The Master dying in his arms like that. The Doctor gently brushes some of her hair out of her face before answering.
"Yes. Learned it here. You're able to manipulate the atoms. The chaos of the multiverse."
A pause, "Take what you want." It's on him, even if there's no money here.

"Manipulating chaos." She hums thoughtfully. "You would be good at that, wouldn't you? And it doesn't manage to upset anything? It sounds like risky business." It's hard to imagine a reality so unstable that manipulating atoms-- manipulating the very state of everything around them wouldn't have a much larger impact than it seems from what he's saying.
Romana gives him an expectant look before she even moves further into the restaurant. "Only if you do, too. Or, don't tell me, let me guess-- you've been forgetting to eat for the last six regenerations?"
no subject
"I was out there. It's beautiful. Gorgeous. The sight of the multiverse." Romana can see that look of new and excitement in his eyes.
"Wouldn't say it's unstable. More like it bops around and rolls over itself. It's how this reality works. It's bad when thar isn't any chaos - because then it backs up... and gains pressure.
This world was created because Kalliste became stagnated. Kalliste is where the Deva supposedly came to be. You can think of them like the Guardians in our universe."
A pause, "Course I will. I havef too." And not because he hasn't eaten for six regenerations, he has; here and there.
Then goes to make a plate for himself; which consists of a little bit of this and that and probably things that shouldn't go together before finally finding a spot at a table.

By the time she joins him at the table she's seemingly finished mulling over what he's told her. "Backs up and builds pressure. And then it, what, explodes? I should say that's what you get for tampering around with chaos." At least he doesn't seem too fazed by it.
Deva is a new term, but she nods at the comparison. Straightforward enough. "I think I should like to see a guidebook, if you happen to have one. Might make this easier for both of us, unless you're not opposed to listening to me ask questions for the next, oh, twenty-odd hours."
