With the mental condition that Ascot was in it left him open to such a proposal. That being said, he had to question it a little. "Whose there? Whose... talking to me?" From where? This was getting really strange. The voice seemed so very close and yet far away all in the same stroke. There certainly wasn't anyone nearby.

"How do you know so much about them?" Or Cephiro for that matter. If this wasn't Cephiro then how could this stranger know a thing about it?

To be honest, this deal wasn't much different than the one he was already in with Zagato. "What's the favor...?"

"As I said, I am Papillion, and you are Le Monstreamor. I know all I know from you. Your pain, your desperation for your friends called to me, and I am here to help. I will give you the power I promised. All you have to do is get for me the Miraculous' of Chat Noir and Ladybug. His ring, her earrings. Bring me that and I shall make of this world a place where no one will ever attack your friends again!"

"I'm a what?" Ascot didn't even try to repeat the word this voice had called him, and really he didn't require an answer to it. He was more mystified by the rest of it. "Will that power... get my friends back?" Whether it did or it didn't he really didn't have any viable alternatives. He couldn't risk being stuck in a strange land with no allies or method to look out for himself.

He'd have to take what he could get.

"You want me to steal some jewelry?" This was sounding a lot more simple than his last deal. Granted he knew even less about the situation here or who Chat Noir or Ladybug even were. "If that's all then you've got yourself a deal".

"Then we have a deal, Le Monstreamor," he said as a dark energy would surround Ascot, transforming his appearance and his clothes. But most importantly... He'd have power now. The power to point at a person and transform them into a facsimile of one of his friends from home, obedient to him.

"Go now! And make some friends!" He said with a laugh.

At first he debated if he should have made such a deal without learning more about the process but as the energy surrounded him, infusing him with a new strength his fears were allayed. This sensation was familiar in some way and foreign in another, either way it was welcome. He no longer felt weak, or powerless.

At that command he felt compelled to follow the instructions, soon taking off to terrorize monsterrize the unsuspecting populace.

Which sadly is an end cause it's a TDM and not a chance to drag others in T.T
