No. She's like me. We're corporeal and all that. Can you tell me where I ended up? This obviously isn't the Land of the Dead.

'Fraid not. Might be a bit more interesting, I'll give you that.

This place is called Nautilus, the City of Change. It's something like an astral realm between worlds, and it's one that can pull in anyone from any other world at any time. Dead or alive.

It's kind of fascinating, actually~

[Django listens quietly and takes it all in. A realm between worlds. Interesting. He taps his skeletal chin with a claw as he thinks of what to say next. Nautilus: City of Change. He'd never heard of that before. He had a lot to learn. Anyone dead or alive could come here too?]

It's all a little confusing but I think I get it. So, what do we do here? Are we supposed to change?

Basically, although how the change happens is as up to us as fate allows, I imagine.

If you change and gather enough experience, then the Aeon will choose you to Ascend. When you Ascend, you're able to go into other worlds, protect them, watch them, or even create your own when you Ascend high enough.

[Django taps his skeletal claws together a bit nervously hearing that.] ...How much do we have to change? That sounds like a steep reward. I'm guessing it has a steep price.
