[Clu was seemingly unfazed by the spiky-haired boy running up to him and starting to babble about his friends. He does smile in return though.]

Let me guess; you just arrived?

[Clu still unclipped his datapad from his hip and maximized it though, creating a translucent yellow 'screen' on which a blank text box appeared.]

Alright, take a deep breath and run that again. What friends are you looking for?

[heroscrest]

Right! [he grins broadly, much more sincere this time due to sheer relief, but it fades after a second of actually considering the situation.] I... don't really know where I am, though. I just know I have to find the others.

[and speaking of finding the others, he does just about sigh in relief as the stranger pulls out something to actually take notes with (it's so difficult to get people to really listen and take his problems seriously, sometimes), and he nods his head enthusiastically after inhaling and exhaling as deeply as he can manage at the moment.]

Yeah. Yeah, okay. The first one isss... [he visibly hesitates, unsure who he should list first. he wants to say Riku, but he knows realistically it's more likely that Donald and Goofy are nearby and looking for him.] ...a dog. He's tall-- taller than you, and he walks on two legs and he's got long ears.

[he tries to give as much of a physical indication of this as he can, stretching his arm up over his head to attempt and indicate his height. slightly frustrated, he realizes it's... kind of difficult, actually, to attempt to describe Goofy.]

You'll probably know him when you see him.

You're in Nautilus. Everybody arrives here pretty much the same way, so all of us were in your place at one point. Once you're done describing your friends, I'll send you a copy of the tutorial file; it covers a lot of the basic questions.

[Difficult or not, Clu notes down the details Sora offers. And asks a few helpful questions of his own.]

What color or colors of fur does he have? And does he typically wear any sort of clothing?

[Clu has seen both sorts of two legged animals in Nautilus, so it's a fair question.]

Tutorial file? [he blinks-- just what kind of world is this? he doesn't even remember seeing Nautilus on the world maps, either-- but then shrugs. if it'll answer his questions, then that's fine by him.] Well, alright.

But... oh, yeah! He's got black fur and a tan... uhh... nose. [he does his best to pantomime the basic concept of having a muzzle like dogs do.] And I think he usually wears a sweater and a hat.

[and pants and shoes, of course, but he hopes that's implied (and certainly not notable enough to bother mentioning). Sora thinks on it for a moment longer, after that, before adding something.]

He might have his shield with him, too.

[A very weird one, Sora, a very weird one.]

A tall black and tan dog with a sweater, a hat, and a shield.

[Clu notes all that down.]

Shouldn't be too hard to spot someone like that, if he's around. Now, how about your other friends?

[heroscrest]

Yeah, he's pretty easy to notice! He's got a really distinct voice, too. I don't think you'd be able to miss him.

[that said... if Goofy's around, he thinks someone would've said something by now. all he can really do is keep listing them off-- one of them has to be around. he's slightly worried, as he thinks about it, but picks himself back up with his resolve.]

But Donald's next. He's a duck, and he wears a hat, too. But he doesn't wear pants. [that detail is important, somehow.] Or shoes. You'll know him because he's yelling all the time-- oh, and he's short. But not as short as normal ducks.

[he holds his hand down to about Donald's height, or at least as well as he can judge it without any frame of reference.]

And then there's... oh, wait, did you get all that?

[Clu is indeed taking notes the whole time, which he then reads back to Sora.]

Short duck, hat, no pants or shoes, yells a lot. Got it.

Great!

[his confidence is easily boosted by having someone keep track of all this-- they can spread around the word easier when it comes to looking for them that way. he's a bit hesitant to continue on, though, after he thinks about it for a while.]

Wellllll... those two are the easiest to recognize. There was somebody else traveling with us but... I don't think you'd really be able to find him that easily even if I described him. He's short. Like, really really short.

Hmm... How short are we talking about? About this size?

[Clu crouches a bit and holds his hand out at about two feet off the ground to measure.]

Or shorter than that?

[heroscrest]

No, shorter than that. More liiiike...

[after some careful deliberation, he holds his hands an inch or so apart. he's not actually entirely certain it's accurate, but it's close enough.]

But he's probably with the others if they're here, anyways. So I wouldn't worry that much if you can't find him.

[Clu stands back up, looking thoughtful.]

That's pretty short alright. Only person in Nautilus that small is Jiminy Cricket.

[Sora lets his hands drop to his side, surprised. it's not so much that he's here, though that does catch him off guard, it's just... he doesn't really talk to a lot of people when they go to worlds? or even show himself that much at all, at least to anyone outside of their traveling party. he's kind of a workaholic, Sora thinks. good on him for being sociable this time around, he guesses...?]

Wait, seriously?

[so the two of them are here but Donald and Goofy apparently aren't? what? they'd definitely all been close together before Sora woke up. he crosses his arms contemplatively, and when he speaks again he's kind of muttering to himself.]

...How did that even happen?
