Kaylin burst out laughing.

He joins in, the tapping of his cane drowned out by their combined laughter.

"*****, you hunting for a job while you're here? Task Fore could always use the help."

"I don't sit still well, but I don't know if I'd be any good as a Constable. I couldn't exactly describe a suspect!" He has a good guffaw at that too.

"But I am a masseur. Perhaps I can help you lot relax a little after a long day."

"Who the ****s can sit still well. Most of the **** job is patrolling, helping new people when they're lost, and making sure people aren't doing dangerous ****."

"Sounds like you deal with a lot of ****." He parrots back one of her most recent choice words.

"No kidding," she muttered. "Had to haul this guy in a few months back, ******** was making glass bottles just to destroy them in the middle of the ******ed woods, where a bunch of the local kids play. I hauled his **** in... a week later he was on the ***** network asking some woman to kill him in the name of something they called si-ants. Whatever the ****s that is."
