[he's actually a fairly large hairless dog coming up almost to Miguel's waist.]

Si! This is Dante. [he finally maanges to pry the femur from Dante's jaws, wincing a little at the bite marks on it, then lets it go to watch it zing away through the air, chuckling. That never gets old.]

He's pretty cool though. [he likes Hector a lot]

[he puts his hands in his pockets and whistles for Dante to follow]

[ He chuckles and looks to the kid. What a face! ]

Sure. [he kicks a can] Connor is from Detroit. He's a policia too. [he peers up at the guy] Think you know him?

Oh you're that guy?! [his face brightens] Wow! You're older than I thought! [a laugh] Si! He's here. We're... well... I guess I'm his other partner.

Hey, does he really not have emotions or something like that because I think he does and makes him worried.

[ He grunts. Older, is it? He can't help but smirk afterward. ]

No kidding, huh? You're his other partner? Well, guess he can stand using more than one of us. The emotions business, well, he does.. have them, sure, kid.. they're just a bit confusing at times. Just like they are for us.

It's more than that... I mean... Cuz of Amanda? I think. He gets... really mad and confused... and I -- I think it hurts him.

Well, good thing you're around to keep him level headed and chipper, right? [ Hank pocketed his hands and winked at the kid. Shit, there was no way he was okay with looking at an upset kid, so he'll do his best to cheer the little tyke up. ]

No it just gives him an objective. So that's something I guess but... I think he needs a real partner.

[he's also not dumb and can tell what the guy is trying to do. He's not a little kid after all but twelve, practically a teenager. Still adults are like that so he doesn't blame him]

[ Damn, this kid knew Connor pretty damn well. He can't help but chuckle. ]

Good. [he's glad. It's kind of a relief to have another adult in the situation that's not a robot or an esqueleto]

Oh, uh, by the way? Sometimes this place will do weird things to you...but I don't think they last long.
