Character Name: Romana

About Them: Aka 'that Timelord who isn't another version of the Doctor'. She's too smart for her own good but incredibly bad at understanding humans and... most relationships, currently. It's a work in progress.

What They've Been Up to: She's currently refurbishing a house over by the swamp, so that's taken up a lot of her time. Mostly she's focusing on learning how to garden. She does a lot of archive reading in her spare time and she's undergone previous projects such as mapping out the caves underneath the city because that's her idea of fun I guess.

Looking For/Future Plots: After this storm she'll be practicing turning into a phoenix more regularly, so spending some time with anyone else who changes forms (or just knows how to fly in general) would be great. She always needs more human friends, honestly, and she'd appreciate anyone who can follow along in a conversation regarding research or would want to be a part of future projects to explore and document more of the city. One day she needs to talk about her Feelings to someone because she has lots of those but refuses to acknowledge them
...Also she's still working on rediscovering how to have fun. Someone please just drag her into it.

Things to Avoid: I can't think of anything currently!

Other: She acts highly opposed to nicknames but honestly please just stick her with a nickname, otherwise she'll keep insisting on giving out her full name and that's just a pain to pronounce.

Do you want to keep going with their welcome thread, or handwave it to start something newer? Totally up to you. :) I just want all the Fred CR.

I'd definitely be up for either if you've got a preference, but it's probably a fairly safe bet that the welcome thread isn't going to go anywhere extremely new so it might be a good idea to handwave it/wrap it up and start something else? But either way I'd always be game for more threads between them for sure!

I like the way you think! ... Though if she needs to relearn "fun" he might not be the best idea, there. XD

He'll be exploring the city a lot, himself, so maybe they can run into each other in that capacity?

I mean TBF 75% of the city is more than happy to throw absolute nonsense at her for the sake of "having fun" so she'd be equally glad for a 5-second break from the chaos, at this point. Even if the Master is just a different kind of chaos, rofl

And they definitely can! She's been sticking to the South for the last few weeks, so if he's anywhere around there she's likely to run into him, but given she'll be working on flying practice post-storm I could pretty much toss her wherever if there ends up being an open log or something similar c:

South is perfect, since Ten got him REALLY curious about it by stopping his tour before they could get to Jack and Ianto's... he'll probably be starting at the beach and moving south from there.
