Character Name: Pinocchio

About Them: don't act like you've never seen this movie before
He's a puppet kid who was brought to life with the task of learning Morals in order to become real. It doesn't work out that great most of the time.

What They've Been Up to: He's been taking a lot of science lessons with Azmuth because he's interested in robotics, and in-between that he's been working on some basic bending. More recently he's been having a slight existential crisis because of said robots (and also the entire concept of aging). Sometimes he practices with the crossbow Gregg gave him, but since he lacks an actual instructor for that now he's kind of... not great at it.

Looking For/Future Plots: He always likes meeting people who are interested in science! He's really latched onto that particular subject. As far as bending goes, I'd like him to kind of settle on one particular aspect of it but I'm not sure what direction I want to go as far as that yet- maybe he'd lean towards magic of some kind? He should probably hang out with the other kids in the city more frequently because he hasn't been out exploring in a while. Maybe one day he'll reach a concrete conclusion regarding how he feels about becoming human but that day is not today.

Things to Avoid: Nothing for the moment?

It's totally my bad too, I feel like I'm just getting back into the swing of things on Pinoc's account BUT yes to all of this! Seeing a few spells might give him some kind of idea in regards to bending so...!

AND WHALETIME... honestly him getting used to Nita as a whale long before he meets Monstro is just so ideal. like 'geppetto was eaten by a whale??? this is clearly just a misunderstanding' immediately leading into 'oh god there's non-friendly whales too apparently'

I mean he's already got too many good influences in the city, somebody had to come along and restore balance at some point right >>

But saaame, I'd love to see where it goes from here! For better or worse, grouchiness doesn't really dissuade him (I mean... he's befriended Azmuth, so he thinks he's getting pretty good at dealing with grouches) so pretty much regardless of how their current thread ends up he's bound to end up talking to him again at some point.
