Miguel is drawn toward the voice. It's not like he's lost exactly. He has Dante with him after all, but it's been getting kinda lonely in the fog, so it's nice to hear someone else. He follows the voice...and sees a guy he doesn't really know. He must be new or new ish.

It's a child. A very small child; the Doctor isn't very familiar with human children, but this one can't be older than 12 or so.

"I'm not sure where I am, but that doesn't always mean I'm lost, you know. What are you doing out here all by yourself?"

"Just looking around. I haven't been to this part before. It's pretty foggy." And chilly, but then he's used to hotter temperatures.
