OMG! :D
"Please exercise caution," Baymax said in his familiar soothing monotone. "A fall from the height of the gate could lead to bodily harm."
:D
Wait, was that Baymax?
Hiro jerked his head back, looking up. "Baymax! Oh thank god, I thought it was just me," he said, starting to make his way down the side. At least trying to be careful, but Baymax may want to move closer just in case. "Do you know what happened? We were talking and then suddenly I was here."
Re: :D
"You received and subconsciously responded to a telepathic call to 'Wake'," Baymax said. "That call was sent by the interdimensional entity who supports this place. Upon responding to the call, you were transported here. Everyone in Nautilus arrives here in this manner."

Nor was portals to another dimension, he knew that was real.
The question he had; "There was a telepathic message that I heard. And....you heard?" He asked, looking down. Judging the distant a moment.
Then letting himself drop, that's a good land on Baymax distance.

And when it looked like Hiro was going to let himself drop, Baymax extended his arms to safely catch him, then set him gently back on his feet. Safe and sound.

He straightens his clothes when he's set down and. Pauses a moment.
"I'm just checking," he said, reaching up to open his port. Hiro is more than willing to entertain the possibility of what Baymax said, but it's weird enough to also be highly suspicious of said possibility. First step is making sure Baymax hasn't been messed with.

When Hiro opened his access port, he'll find nothing but Baymax's normal, green healthcare chip. So, no, your robot buddy hasn't been hacked, Hiro. Though as you'll see he has gotten a few unusual upgrades.
no subject
"Baymax, where's your fighting chip?" He asked with a frown. Because it was easier just to have it there even if it was pretty useless without the armor. "How did you find out about people arriving in this place? It's been only ten minutes," he said, looking Baymax over more closely. Poking, prodding, putting his face against the vinyl.

"We appear to be experiencing a temporal anomaly," Baymax said. "I have been in Nautilus for approximately one year. Such discrepancies are also not uncommon with those who arrive in Nautilus from the same dimension."
no subject
He put a hand on his chin, looking Baymax over thoughtfully. "Well, that's not unreasonable. Once you leave a dimension, you leave it's time relativity, so discrepancies could theoretically happen," he said. "...or alternate realities since...I don't know, would you have mentioned being brought to another dimension unprompted if you somehow got back?"
He knows Baymax wouldn't hide something, he's barely understood lying as a concept, but just not saying something? Yeah, definitely could have happened.

"If an individual returns permanently to their dimension of origin, they are unable to retain any memories formed during their time in Nautilus," Baymax said. "If they are ever returned to Nautilus, these memories are sometimes restored, but that is not always the case. Given available records, there appears to be no consistent pattern regarding memory recovery."
