I see how you got vultus, but it's wrong. look = spectare.
Simply saying "looking at the stars" is both a sentence fragment and impossible in Latin. So for the sake of my sanity, I'm just going to make it first singular.
Sursum is correct.
This is the big one: ut. Ut is used in result clauses; it does not mean "to". You want "ad". Ad takes the accusative. You have "astrum" translated in the plural. That's actually "astra".
So in the end, we have ad astra sursum specto. Hooray. :D
