CLARIFICATION: The T-Virus is part virus and part manmade horrible concoction of destruction. You inject it into the system and you can take it regularly, and a few of the characters in the series ( Javier, Wesker and Krauser come to mind ) use it like a drug, so w/e it kinda counts.

Axel is something that completely removes your inhibitions. Oddly, you don't really feel good using it, but your mind feels TOTALLY CLEAR.

Side effects include turning into a huge asshole and/or becoming insanely possessive of your loved ones, to the point of threatening them with violence if they ever try to leave.
