MUSIC, AGAIN

So after some people's lovely posts with some playlists and stuff I'm deciding that we should once again have a GIANT POST where we share playlists and stuff.

*E* HELO HTML ERRORS HOW I HATE YOU

So first for everyone who wasn't here the first time is the official Wake playlist, aka "What Ryuu listens to when she's doing Plot"

Even if you were around the first time this one has at least two new songs in it (yaaaaaaay). As an added bonus I also tell you whose themesongs are whose this time >>;

Ryuu's Wake Playlist

The Wake (2005 Mix) - Abney Park
The song that is behind the title! Ryune and I originally had no idea what to call this game, and then one day we were listning to Abney Park and Ryuu went OMG THIS. And thus your game is The Wake.

In today's society, too little anxiety falls in the right place
People hurting one another, no care for another
Can you stand your own face? Listen to me now…
People gotta stop hurting themselves, STOP, now, now, now, now bring it closer to the wake

In Other Worlds - Azam Ali *new*
I believe Samus Aran's player suggested this as a themesong and now I can't stop listning to it. Argh. Anyway, this song is way too damn perfect. Main theme.
The key to this place
Is a cold you know
The real dispelled
Into the world you know...

No seriously read all of them.

Into the Sea - The Album Leaf
Insturmental.

Nara - E. S. Poshumus
Insturmental

The Secret Life of Dr. Calgori - Abney Park
Jin's theme

Entropy
fading his life away
before the world could ever see
dissipating, evaporating

Pearl - Cirque du Soleil
Insturmental

Supernova - The Echoing Green

I take a step to what's real
or at least to what it is I'm chasing
Another step to reveal
All the shadows that I keep embracing

Less than a Pearl - Enya
Cyrus' Theme. Or it was anyway!
[translation into English]
Our words drift away.
Our words journey
to find those who will listen.
We call into the distance...
Less than a pearl in the sea of stars,
we are a lost island in the shadows.

Cursum Perficio - Enya
Solaris' Theme

[english translation, approximate]
My journey ends here.
A word to the wise:
the more people have
the more they want.
After the clouds, comes the sun
Again and again; eternally.

Must Be Dreaming - Frou Frou *new*

I must be dreaming
Or we're onto something
I must be dreaming

Still Alive - Lisa Miskovsky
Isis' Theme (imagine it sung by Aaron to his twin sister)

So silent, no violence
But inside my head, so loud and clear
Youre screaming, you're screaming
Covered up with a smile I've learned to fear

Last Dance - Sarah McLachlan
Aaron's Theme [Insturmental]

Babylon - Scars on Broadway

Marooned again
You were the one that threw me into life
Marooned again
You were the one's that looked from a
Satellite

I like the way we slept on rooftops in
The summer time
If we were all marooned again I'd give my
Soul to save your life

Sand and Moonrise - Turjan Aylahn
Insturmental

Second, Prowl's playlist!

Some of these songs are serious, some are for the lulz. Apparently, Prowl likes Peter Gabriel a lot.

Marunae Pi - E. S. Posthumus
Insturmental

Selisona Pi - E. S. Posthumus
Insturmental

Ninja Info Cards (Kaj Remix) - KingNecroPope
For those times you just need an info dump

With my... ninja info cards!

Kung Fu Fighting - Fatboy Slim mix

Everybody was Kung Fu Fighting
Those kids were fast as lightning
In fact it was a little bit frightening
But they fought with expert timing.

Signal to Noise - Peter Gabriel

Man, I'm losing sound and sight
Of all those who can tell me wrong from right
When all things beautiful and bright
Sink in the night
Yet there's still something in my heart
That can find a way
To make a start
To turn up the signal
Wipe out the noise

More Than This - Peter Gabriel

More than this
More than this
So much more than this
There is something else there
When all that you had has all gone
And more than this
I stand
Feeling so connected
And i'm all there
Right next to you

Down To Earth - Peter Gabriel

We're coming down to the ground
We'll hear the birds sing in the trees
And the land will be looked after
We send the seeds out in the breeze

Fissure - Robyn Miller
Insturmental

Aerials - System of a Down

Life is a waterfall
We're one in the river
And one again after the fall

Kryptonite - Three Doors Down

You called me strong, you called me weak
But your secrets I will keep
You took for granted all the times I
Never let you down
You stumbled in and bumped your head, if
Not for me then you would be dead
I picked you up and put you back
On solid ground

Oveture - Turjan Aylahn
Insturmental

Bittersweet Symphony - The Verve
(interestingly, some of my friends say that this is my themesong :|a )
'Cause it's a bittersweet symphony, this life
Trying to make ends meet
You're a slave to money then you die
I'll take you down the only road I've ever been down
You know the one that takes you to the places
where all things meet, yeah

Transformers Theme - Mute Math (2007 Movie Version)
This version's a bit more mellow than most, and uh. I happen to like it. So nyah.
Autobots Wage their battles to
Destroy the evil forces of
The Decepticons

And now you all post your playlists for your characters / links to said playlists, possibly also with lyrics/stuff. whatever. YAY.

I'm still assembling my own play lists, though due to the event that's going on right now with Starscream ruling Nautilus "New Cybertron", I've sorta picked out two songs that I now associate heavily with the two sides involved in the conflict.

Figured I'd post links, since the event is RITE NAO.

For Starscream... "Devour" by Shinedown.

For everyone actively opposing him... "The Antidote" by Story of the Year.

The lyrics are great fits for both. Check 'em, yo.

Oh man, awesome!
