So I have been in Nautilus for a year and a half. And in that time, I have
-Thrown away everything and everyone I have cared about from my previous life
-Died twice
-Betrayed the two men I respected most in order to protect a city I hate
-Lost my virginity and fallen in love with someone I will probably never see again
-Watched both lovers die
-Tortured children while under third-party influence
-Been poisoned
-Buried my favorite pet
-Outlasted everyone familiar from my world, watching them all come and go from my life
-Grown attached to and lost my first fledgling forever
-Been forced into position after position after position I never wanted
-Shot more times than I can count
-Lost my home three times and finally became a nomad with no permanent lodgings
-Developed ulcers from the stress invoked from denying my monstrous side again and again and again.

-And, after all of this, still judged unfairly by people whose knowledge about me reaches only as far as the one thing I gave up long ago.

So yes. FML.
