How do we do this wonderful thing?

This little bastard has been busy since he got out of prison. Mainly, he's been working on being able to shift his appearance at will and reclaiming a comfortable home for himself since his last one, he burned to the ground.

As for plans, he's going to have a huge party. But it's been pushed to after the first of the year because I don't know how to plan this stuff. It will be a masquerade and he'll be convincing people through his powers of suggestion, that they are their costume.
