[His shutters blink a few times in surprise as she quiets him.]

[And any protests he has die off before they even reach his vocalizer, his entire frame tensing up as she pulls him closer.]

[But that kiss, just the contact alone, is enough to make his old spark skip a pulse. Even when it's over, his shutters stay closed a moment longer, processors still struggling to come to grips with what just happened.]

[When she drew away from the kiss, she didn't move all the way back, even as she found her stabilizing servos no longer stuck fast to the floor. She stayed silent as she watched Ratchet absorbing what had just happened, one servo still resting against the side of his face.]
