[A young boy has his face waaaay too close to the camera for comfort. Like... he's about squishing his nose in... dismay? Excitement? It's a little hard to tell when you can't see his whole expression at once, but one thing is definite.

He is yelling.]

Yu? Doctor Edgar? What the...

[He pulls back just long enough to show a glimpse of blue sky before getting all up in the camera's business again.]

What is that?!

[Some people in the Eastern district might actually be able to hear this little urchin without their communicators. His voice carries. >>]

It's called the sky. Birds go in it. And other stuff too sometimes.

[OMIGOSH, someone's talking to him. Someone he doesn't recognize. Who the heck is that?

The boy pulls back from the camera a bit, trying to get a good look at the new person on screen. Time for a BARRAGE OF QUESTIONS.]

Birds? Those're the things that make eggs, right? Who are you? Is this outside?

Wait, what? Uh, yeah. Birds do that. And the last time I checked, this is outside, unless somebody put four walls and a roof around it when I wasn't looking.

[ You're a confusing kid. ]

He blinks a few times before scrunching up his face, obviously worried.]

Outside?! I'm not supposed to be outside. Branch Chief's gonna be mad.

Are you an exorcist? I don't remember leaving the Order...

...Do I look like an exorcist? Should I do a little Latin chant and hold up a crucifix?

You're outside, kid. And I'm pretty sure there's no Order around to get mad at you, so...enjoy it?

[Looking Jack over for a few moments...]

I guess not. You'd have a uniform if you were an exorcist. [But he's still not entirely convinced about the not being in trouble thing. And this is still not where he was five minutes ago.]
