[O-oh. He works very hard not to give anything away, because clearly he doesn't have any magic, nope.]

Princes, really?

[He'll focus on that. Because the image of Arthur dripping in soapy water is pretty hysterical, really.]
chiefcookandlibrarian: (taking advice from a frog)

clearly. he doesn't have a staff or robes.

[This princess would do it too. She has a very poor opinion of princes.]

They are complete nuisances. Perhaps some soapy water would get them to stop and put their brains to use. Unlikely, but one can hope.

There are some princes I have had to argue with for three hours or more to go away.
destinyofalbion: (You're absolutely right sire. Absolutely)

[personal profile] destinyofalbion 2013-04-04 02:38 am (UTC)(link)
Only three hours?

[He laughs]

I really need to introduce you to Arthur.
chiefcookandlibrarian: (searching)

That was when I offered to fight them myself. They usually left soon after that.

...Arthur?

destinyofalbion: (Yes well you've always been a dollophead)

Heir to the throne of Camelot, and quite possibly the greatest prat in all of Albion? If only arguing would make him go away- then there might be a day where I wouldn't have to muck out his stables or polish his armor.
chiefcookandlibrarian: (but that simply isn't done)

[personal profile] chiefcookandlibrarian 2013-04-04 03:09 am (UTC)(link)
Ugh, he sounds far too much like Therandil for my liking.
destinyofalbion: (It's a good look for you- really.)

[personal profile] destinyofalbion 2013-04-04 03:11 am (UTC)(link)
Bit of a clotpoll?
chiefcookandlibrarian: (Default)

[personal profile] chiefcookandlibrarian 2013-04-04 03:15 am (UTC)(link)
He was nice enough, I suppose. But the only subject he could hold a decent conversation on was proper sword and armor maintenance. And he didn't listen. Nearly got us both killed by releasing a djinn at the wrong time.

destinyofalbion: (The things I do for that clotpoll.)

[personal profile] destinyofalbion 2013-04-04 03:20 am (UTC)(link)
[Nearly getting killed because they don't listen to the sage advice of their servants others? Doesn't that sound familiar?]

They never listen do they?
chiefcookandlibrarian: (declensions)

[In this case it was not listening to the excellent advice of his runaway fiancee. But still fairly similar.]

Not that I've found. Of course very few people in the world are willing to take the advice of a princess seriously.
