"I see." Optimus nods slowly. He understands. However, as her commanding officer, and her friend, it does not feel right to leave her feeling this low. He reaches out to place a hand on her shoulder, and offers a reassuring smile. "You shall not have to be here alone."

[She looks up at him, surprised at first when that hand touches her shoulder. It's like she's still trying to register this as real, it's everything she could have asked for. When did anything go Arcee's way, after all. There's just something about Optimus that says "Everything's going to be okay now". It's just nice to know this is the real deal.

Once she gets over that little bit of shock, she smiles gently and pats his giant hand with hers in a reassuring manner.]

Well, to be fair there are others here. Just wasn't like that in the beginning.

The light in his optics seems to brighten just a little as she smiles. He knows that she had been put through a tremendous amount while serving under him. It seemed only right that he should be there for her when she needed him, duties of leadership or not.

Learning that she was not the only member of Team Prime present, was a welcome surprise. "Then I am glad that that is no longer the case. Which other Autobots are with us?"

Well, there's Wheeljack for starters. Not that he's really a Team Prime spokesperson, but I think he'll turn around.

[The next part is a lot harder to say, she almost hesitates.]

There's also...Cliffjumper.

Optimus' eyes grow slightly, almost imperceptibly wider. Wheeljack had grown to be a valued member of Team Prime, Unless Arcee was joking, it would seem something was wrong. However, it was the other name that got his attention.

"Cliffjumper ...?" It doesn't seem possible, but if he had been revived, why not their fallen comrade?

Try not to get too excited. A part of me still thinks it's...not really him. This place has a bad habit of messing with your feelings.

[She rubs her arm and looks away slightly. Ever since she was tricked into believing Rex was Jack, she's been having a hard time excepting when nice things happen to her. Hell, she's trying her best not to get too attached to Optimus right now.]

Won't complain, though. It's...nice having him around.
