[Watching the continued antics of the bunny.]

Yup, I think I'm crazy.

[He went to set the bunny down but stopped partway through the action.]

Unless it's like Splinter was always sayin... things not bein like they seem. Hey little guy, if you're Donnie... will ya touch my finger three times.

[Or perhaps he had been too hasty in relief. Hearing his brother comment on being crazy only to have Raphael starting to put him towards the ground, the bunny is suddenly quite unhappy. Two long ears go flat back as he turns his head, looking for some idea to convince his brother to stop.

Then Raph pauses on his own. The request is met with the bunny raising both ears. A single nod is given in response, then twisting to one side, he drops to all four paws. With just one paw, Donnie reaches out and paws that near finger three times with an almost exaggerated lift and lower of that whole front limb.

Tpp tpp tpp.

Two brown eyes focus back up on his brother expectantly. If that isn't enough, he'll do whatever else Raphael asks to convince him.]

[Raph watched the bunny and really he couldn't say it hadn't done what he asked, so either it was Donnie, or it was smart enough to try and act like his brother, and if it was the first... how in the shell did he become a bunny?]

Donnie?! Why are you a rabbit? You're supposed to be a turtle.

Are you alright little guy?

[There is so much he wants to say to Raphael, but as a rabbit, he has no way to speak as he normally might. If he could get back to his book comm or borrow another he might be able to slowly type something, but as it is, he is limited to charades and head shakes or nods.

Rather than worry his brother, the little rabbit gives a nod in agreement only to nod again that he is indeed alright. He isn't hurt, having stayed covered in the brush to avoid predatory birds or other animals.

Of course, his new perspective of the world is mildly terrifying... So after answering his brother, he once more buries his face down against that green palm.]

[Raph's surprise softens to worry as the little creature he now knows is his brother buries it's face in his palm. He brings his other hand to pet at his back, soft as he can be, and makes soothing noises.]

Shhhh it's okay now, Raphie's got ya, I ain't gonna let anythin happen to ya. Shhhh.
