At least, that's what the City Council always says. You have to keep the citizens on their toes, after all. But, nice is good. As long as this isn't Desert Bluffs, I'm sure...that everyone is very...nice.

[He ponders this then shakes his head slowly.] No, I certainly always been myself. Even when I was younger. Only, I was shorter and not as nearsighted. Yes, those are the only differences that I can recall.
