Kevin crash lands just a few yards in front of Gwen, leaving a melty indent in the street's pavement. He groans, putting a flaming hand to his forehead as he recovers from the crash. He's a little wobbly, but otherwise okay.]

[Have a good looking young man walking around the gate. This doesn't look a thing like the North Mountain, nor Arendelle. But he's here, cautiously looking around, not seeing any of the men that joined him to find Princess Anna or the Queen.]

[Keep walking, Hans, and you'll find a little cottage that has been accentuated with ice. The Snow Queen herself is just leaving it, locking the door with the old-fashioned key. It's a downgrade from the ice palace back on the North Mountain, but her powers aren't quite at full power yet. She's getting close though.]

[A young man stands near the gate of one of the districts, the normally pristine white of his uniform caked red, part of the sleeve missing from his left arm, the skin below it showing recent injuries, although nothing is bleeding. His right arm is curled against his stomach, where the blood looks like it bleed heaviest, although the blood has slowed. He was pulled here in the middle of a healing and he doesn't look happy about it.

However, he's even less happy about the fact that he's standing in a place that he wasn't a few minutes ago, when he closed his eyes to allow Inoue-san to heal the damage the Fourth Espada had done to his arm and the wound from where Ichigo's Hollow had run him through with Zangetsu. His fingers clutched at the fabric. Mostly healed yes, but not completely.

Something is wrong here. He knows it - because he can't feel anything. Not the high density of reishi that he should be able to absorb, nor the reiatsu of whomever else was here. It was a city that looked lived in - there had to be other people here. But there's nothing and it makes him feel even less powerless then when he had lost his abilities following his usage of the Sanrei Glove and the Quincy Letz Stile. At least then, he was still spiritually aware, he was just useless when it came to everything else.

His blue eyes narrow behind his glasses and he starts walking with slow measured steps, cautiously seeing if he's able to find anyone and figure out just where the hell he was.]

[All right. Normally Irene isn't the sort a newbie in Nautilus WANTS greeting them, but from the looks of this guy? Yeah, this is one of those blue moon moments where Irene's going to cut the jabs. She'll approach slowly, cautiously. He looks like hell, like he's been in a fight, and who knows if he's still on guard whether he's injured or not. At any rate, she doesn't need him flipping out an exacerbating said injuries.]

[Upon an ordinary glance, there doesn't... seem to be anyone passing through the gate. And it's all well and good! Up until a voice seems to yell from out of nowhere:]

Where is that boy - ....

[If one looks closer, they'll spy what appears to be... a small cricket? Or at least it looks like one, except for... you know, the whole stovepipe hat and dapper coat it's wearing, as well as the gloved hands, one of which is scratching the cricket's head in a very human-like gesture of confusion.]

Huh. Better yet, where am I? This sure doesn't look like the rest of the island...

[Looking about finds the cricket leaning against a flower the way a city straggler might against a lamp post, while he tries to recollect his bearings by looking around.]

[On her way to run errands, or more likely to keep an eye on one of many children in the city, is one Mary Poppins. She does happen to hear the yell, even over the click of her high heeled shoes.

It does take her a few moments to spy the likely culprit.]

A giant elephant skeleton in a bad-looking place under a red sky...shouldn't seem surprising since it'd be normal in a sense. It was more being beside it when he knew he wasn't home.

Where was the palace? What was this place? And was it somehow tied to the humans?

Augustus didn't venture out to the Western District often. With his limited bending skills and this place being home to the more lethal monsters, he didn't take the chance. Though there were times he had to. This being one of them as he was off to see if he could get more notes on the elusive owner of the Western Welcome House.

He was passing by the giant elephant skeleton when he spotted someone. They were shorter than him, but not too much so. A robed figure with glowing red eyes. Well, that certainly wasn't something you saw every day. The Siamese ventured a bit closer. Was it a Wakened or one of the cities monsters?

Time to see. "Hello?"

     Oh, it wasn't all that bad, now was it? It simply made it appear like it was eternally dawn...or sunset. One or the other. And he rather liked the giant skeleton there, not only because it provided a point of reference whenever he wished to direct people to his cottage.

     The 7-foot skeleton was tactful enough not to appear directly behind the newcomer, but he seemed to overlook the fact that not many were at ease when coming across Death himself, especially when Awakening here. Not that it had stopped him before.

     OFFERING A WELCOME ISN'T ALWAYS WELCOME IN ITSELF, came the voice that held about as much impact in tone as granite slabs against lead. BUT NEVERTHELESS, IT SEEMS MOST APPROPRIATE IN SUCH A CASE, I THINK.

Humans or not, there were none present by the time Sonic caught sight of the strange newcomer. The hedgehog had decided to take a stroll in the outskirts of the city and spotted someone unfamiliar.

As a rule of thumb, he decided to greet the stranger with a friendly wave from afar. "Yo!"
