[Heimdall can well see the advantages to having several bodies, several pairs of eyes to see and ears to hear. Though he has never thought of the necessity for such things before.]

Your sight and hearing have not vanished completely, have they? Only the heightened versions? You can get them back with Bending. I have not had to restore any abilities, but I do not believe it is difficult when you want them back.

I am not familiar with what an Angelii is.

That does not mean he is not the same person. One can be dead in their own world and still live here.

Angelii are a rank of Ascended! Their purpose is to help repair worlds. Here they also protect the city and use their powers to aid.

[So Angelii repair worlds? Protect the city? Help others? No, can't be the Loki he knew. Of course Thor did return with news that Loki died to save him, but Heimdall was not able to see that final battle himself. Or it's outcome.]

Then we shall see in time. I'm certain that if this Loki is the same, he shall find me or I shall find him. Until then, I have seen the buildings of Asgard before. So what else then might I see in this place?
