[SMACK, right into her shoulder, and that pretty much does it for Samus. In one swoop she stands up and calls her armor. As it clanks and morphs onto her skin she already raises her arm, blasting the two idiots with energy just as the cannon forms. It hits them both in the back, not enough to do damage, but enough to stun. Just as quickly as Varia was called it disappears, and Samus looks around the ring.]

Right.

[She begins to walk, eying everyone closely.]

Duck.

[Standing behind the one black and white girl, Jennifer, she gives a light tap with her foot.]

Goose!

[Like a bolt she runs around the circle and sits back down. No way you were gonna catch her, Jennifer.]

[Or is it? She's actually going to make it look like she's chasing you Samus, but really, she wants to be it. So she can go goose hunting. She's not even going to tap the girls as she says "duck", but the guys? Totally hair ruffling. Soft hair is a plus. Either way, she's going to stop at Squall and place a hand on his shoulder.]

Hey there, goose.

[And she's going to "run." It's okay if she ends up in the pot, because A) Squall will catch her, and B) she'll be the center of attention.]

[Squall, of course, is completely unaware of what Jennifer's meaning to do. Furthermore, he's considering this game some sort of training exercise. So he's up like a shot after her, catching up ... very easily.]

[Gently grabs her arm.]
