WHO WANTS SUM ARTS?

Oh my god I may regret this. XD

So as some of you know, part of the reason I've been sort of MIA lately here and on AIM is because I've been trying to do a lot more sketching. Part of it also the fault of War for Cybertron, but we'll ignore that for now! Sometimes it's easier for me to crank stuff out if I can get an idea and stick with it, though, and lately I've been running into the issue of ADD-like behavior when faced with a blank screen/blank sheet of paper. "This paper is really blank and--OH LOOKIT THAT SHINY THING OVER THERE. MY PHONE PINGED, I GOT EMAIL! THE GUINEA PIGS ARE SQUEAKING AT ME. AND--what was I doing again?"

So.

First three people to respond to this post with a link to some decent references get a character sketch. Portrait or waist up, somewhere along the lines of the Pandora images I did recently. Something I can churn out in 30 minutes or less. Preferably this would be a character you role play here or somewhere else. Canon, OC, fandom OC, etc. Or hell if you really just want a sketch of your favorite character ever from your favorite anime ever or...something. JUST NOTHING TOO HIDEOUS. I know that kind of ruins the fun, but I'm trying to get my art mojo back, not suffer brain breakage in the process. XD

Right. So. FIRST THREE PEOPLE. ONE SKETCH EACH. TAG MEH.

And yes, will be getting back to tagging later today. Have already managed to hit a few of the ones I owe. Derp derp.


ETA: Okay, change of plans because LOL I hate seeing people disappointed. If you posted in on the 26th, I'll go beyond the three I made the commitment to and try to do somethin' for ya. So if I asked you want you would have wanted, now's a GREAT TIME TO ANSWER. XD Just gonna do one character per person, okie? Okie.

Yus! And I'll probably get to that later. I woke up this afternoon to a power outage. One that lasted about four hours. B( So right now I'm trying to get caught up on the chores I couldn't do earlier because 1) the air conditioner was out so the apartment was hot as hell and 2) no power to run appliances like the vaccum cleaner. Oy.

Yes, but I might do this again at some point. This whole artblock thing has been like trying to get back on a bike again after not riding one for a long time. Sometimes suggestions help get me moving a bit.

I may, at some point in the future, do this again. Maybe to where it's first three again, but if folks got art from me on this post, they're not allowed to tag in again for round 2. I'm working on some TF trade stuff tonight... Really gotta finish this one piece I've been picking at for months now, on and off my art block. Big high end 11x17" piece.

Thanks! X3 I think the Wheeljack one ended up being my favorite. LOL. I really do want to take another crack at Cybertronian Lelouch at some point, though. Especially if an alt mode can be pinned down for him with a specific type of aircraft.
