[The feed flicks on to show a rather small being (only three inches tall) with a rather irritated expression on his face.]

While I appreciate the "behind-the-scenes" look at the omniversal forces at work across the multiverse, I was in the middle of a rather important experiment back home that I need to get back to. I'd be more than happy to go on this little tour or whatever the being that brought me here had in mind once that's finished.

[Because it's going to sit there in the back of his head and just annoy him like having only part of a song stuck in your head and it just keeps playing that one section over and over and over...]

[Searching for a place to live is difficult when everything around you is nowhere near small enough to suit your needs. Here's hoping someone can give him a lift or something.]

[Lab established and ready to go to work. Also, this Bending thing is quite useful in the sense he doesn't have to have assistants running around and causing trouble. If he needs a tool right away, he can summon it to himself rather than having to risk upsetting whatever he's working on to retrieve it himself.]

[Nautilus has provided him his tower. The "public" areas are more Nautilus-normal-sized. He just wishes that that didn't mean he might have to periodically entertain visitors.]

[Giggles sound from somewhere nearby. Just on the other side of a patch of flowers, fairies nibble away at the remains of what looks to be a cake on a large platter. Others have taken to running around or using the flowers as makeshift catapults as they pull them down and then let themselves be launched every which way.]

[The giggles attract Azmuth's attention, and it's curiosity that make him go look. He's...not entirely sure what he's looking at though.]

[Well, he just might get a super close-up view of a fairy that's just launched itself in his direction, for one.]

[The old Galvan jumped to one side, thoroughly annoyed. Really, aiming for him?!]

[It was an accident! You try getting trajectory and power measured in a flower stem! The hapless fairy bounces harmlessly aside, but the little creature has quickly become the new object of scrutiny- even though the fairies are probably not much taller than him.]

It's hard to be "lost" when you have nowhere specific in mind to go.

Somewhere fairly isolated. Also rainy or swampy. [His home planet's pretty much one big swamp.]

Lots of isolated places!

No swamps that we've seen, but the Southern and Eastern Districts usually get the most rain!

The latter tends to be more humid at times!

Hmm...[The weather of the Eastern District sounds as ideal as things will get.] I was under the impression that the East was one of the more populated districts.

In this city, I'm not "sciencing"...[Air quotes for the win.]...anything, Cecil Palmer. All my experiments are on hold back home. Particularly the final tests of the upgraded version of my Omnitrix.

Why, I'm...the usual sort, of course. Radio announcer, you know, I announce things. Like, the news! And local gossip, and the weather. It's important work. The voice of the community, you know.

How do they get the news! Or develop a sense of community over the shared horrors of day to day life?

Subspace transmissions is one way we communicate the news to one another. However, I fail to see how a "sense of community" would be formed through either means, Cecil Palmer.
