Kaylin had been stopping in to grab something to have for dinner. Which mostly meant something she could eat as is, since the only thing she dared do in Evanton's kitchen was make tea and eat at the table. She saw someone who looked new, and hoped he wasn't, hoped this wasn't going to be her problem. But she knew what her luck was like, and she swore under her breath at the gods. Didn't matter which ones, none of them ever listened.

The woman was short. She made Donald look tall, more or less. She was dressed in a long sleeved shirt with buttons at the wrists, leather and chain armor over that, all of it covered by a blue and grey tabard with two flying hawks on the chest. One in gold thread, one a beaded patch in golds and browns. Her leather pants had some old blood stains and were torn. HEr boots were serviceable, but stained. She looked like she'd slept in her clothes, armor and all. She had a dagger on either hip hung off a broad belt, as well as a pouch, a water skin, a night stick, and two pokeballs.

Her rough cut brown hair was pulled back into a sloppy bun at her neck and held in place by a gnawed on stick. She had what looked like a tattoo of deadly nightshade on one cheek, and a bruise on the other. She wore an expensive looking antique gold bracer on one wrist inset with three gems. It was the only thing she wore that looked clean.
