Let it roll, let it roll, I'm unstoppable!
Any of you guys remember the Wake-related commission I got from The Boo some months ago?
The original black and white line art I commissioned from The Boo is here and...that above is what I ended up doing with it. Boo is one of the talented artists who drew for the IDW line of TFA comics while they were still being published and I got lucky enough to get in on a really good commission deal he ran last year. Ratchet with the Magnus Hammer is the focus of the piece, but I also requested that James "Rusty" Sunderland be included. James has obviously left us at this point, but I still love this piece. It needed color like burning.
And here, have a music link while I'm at it. I listened to this damn song on repeat the last few hours I spent working out this piece.
Now I'm gonna go to bed and get some sleep so I can get up and work on more art later. Fft.
