This particular chat night will be starting around 10:00pm PST. We apologize to any East-Coasters for the lateness in this, blame really crappy work schedules. WE WILL MAKE IT UP TO YOU WITH A SECOND ROUND IN THE FUTURE maybe possibly.
So yeah. Just a heads-up on it. Because Sarah and Cheryle liketo party their movies.

Chat Movie Night
Apr. 25th, 2010 03:16 pmstorybookmother.livejournal.comSome of you may have noticed the occasional Movie Nights we have in chat. For those of you who haven't seen, chat movie nights started almost a year ago (April or May of 2009), when Allison, Cheryle, and Kas were bored one night and decided to watch a movie, and has since grown to encase anyone who is in chat at the time of, "Hey guys, let's watch a movie." These movie nights covered several different films and genres, from the comedic horrors that are Repo! the Genetic Opera, Behind the Mask: the Rise of Leslie Vernon, and Hellsing, to fun-for-everyone movies such as Penelope, Cats Don't Dance, Titan A.E., and Peter Pan. Some of these movies have been just for fun, while others have been to help introduce players in the game to a canon they might not have known about, and to help along when it came to critiquing in the infamous HMD.
Sunday, April 25th, 2010 (tonight) will be another Chat Movie Night, during which we will be watching Disney's Robin Hood. Start time flops all over, but if you feel like popping your head into chat at some point to join us, Allison is in charge. :)
The main purpose of this post, however, is to organize a list of movies that players would be interested in having a Chat Movie Night for. (This can include series, too, seeing as there are plenty of tv shows and animes that people haven't seen!) Go ahead and reply here with any ideas you might have for movies, or with any ideas you might have to make our insane, mostly-impromptu movie nights better.

A while back (April 6th, 2009, to be exact) Allison posted a Drinking Game for Wake. Bookie and I, after some very serious discussion earlier (mostly revolving around HEY I'VE NEVER KILLED OFF A CHARACTER WHO ELSE HASN'T!?) and some digging up of the Old Game, decided that this drinking game needed to be revised big time.
Ideas and suggestions? :D?
